You are such a caring lovely person who doesn't really expect much back in order for you to keep "trying" to be there for others you love...as it should be!..what a blessing you are in this world!
The only thing is that there are some that take advantage of that kind of unconditional love..then what do we do?..I'm not sure..

Taking advantage of such care and concern.. I agree..
Maybe we have to be clear of the limit.. at least not overdoing it to the extent of "harming" the person we love..
Still, human beings are emotional creatures. Many times, emotions rule over what and how we do/say..
This is unavoidable, I guess. =)
