Contemplating..

Many a time, we are told to be strong so that we can fight everything that comes in our way.
Everything?...

For someone who is gasping for his last breath,
does being strong and struggling to live help?...
Maybe it does... but I won't find out until I go through it...
Maybe life is just not strong enough to combat death...

For people who have lost their loved ones,
To be strong and move on?...
Maybe this should the way? Or is it that this IS be the way?...
People are able to handle this well, it seems...
Grief for the loved ones, does it really gradually fade away and disappear?...
Or should I say, it's better for it so?...
If this is the case, does the loss of loved one just mean a temporary pain?...

Life...
Birth, Growing Up, Death... then be forgotten?
Leaving behind some remains, probably?... Maybe just ashes...

Then, what's the point of living?...

At least for me, griefing helps to heal the internal wound. But it doesn't mean that the person is erased from my heart. I believe, the dead would like to be remembered for the good-when he or she was happy and not the time when he or she was suffering.

Thanks for your sharing.
Whoever a person is,
Wherever the person may be,
What matters most shall always be the memories he/she brings.
